Caribou, je t'aime! mug

A very special collaboration with Nature Québec! For each cup sold, 20% of our sales will be donated to Nature Québec organization to support the Caribou, je t'aime! campaign.

These cups are entirely handmade, in limited quantities, in our studio in Limoilou. The satin glaze is made from 85% reclaimed materials from our studio. The original drawing was created by Cindy Labrecque, then processed to make decals, which allow transfer to ceramics.

These cups are available exclusively on our website! As they are made to order, you can expect a turnaround of 1 to 3 weeks before shipping.

Did you know that there are three ecotypes of caribou in Quebec: the boreal woodland caribou which lives in the boreal forest, the Mountain caribou which is only found in Gaspésie and the Torngat Mountains and the migratory caribou whose habitat is located further north.

Unfortunately, several caribou populations are currently experiencing dramatic decline. Accumulated predation leading to the modification of its habitat by forestry activities is the main cause of the decline of the caribou.

Fortunately, you can act by supporting an organization like Nature Québec which actively campaigns for better protection of caribou and their habitat and a change in forestry practices.
