    FAQ

Yes, it is possible to stop by our studio to pick up your online order. Simply add the note PICK UP STUDIO to your order, and we will contact you to make an appointment. Pick up is available on week days only (except Holidays), between 11 AM and 5 pm. Unfortunately, there is no shopping possible at the studio.

Due to the complexity of ceramics, we unfortunately can't do repairs. It is possible to glue back a broken ceramic piece with Epoxy glue but unfortunately, the piece can't be use to drink or eat food after.

Unfortunately, we don't do custom work, or do customization. All our ceramics are available on our online shop: cindylabrecque.com and on our Etsy shop: cindylabrecquedesign.etsy.com

Yes. For all the details, please see our Return Policy return policy

Yes, it is possible, but one should always take some precautions. Any ceramic piece will become hot if filled with a boiling liquid. First, if your mug doesn't have a handle, we recommend, to avoid filling your cup to the rim. Leave at least an inch so you can grab your cup by the top. Then, let your cup rest for about 5 minutes. Your cup will become hot, but the outside will cool down quickly. When you can touch your mug without burning your fingers, it means your beverage is ready to drink... and won't burn your tongue either!
