STUDIO PICK UP

To save on shipping fees, it is possible to pick up your order at our studio located in Limoilou (Quebec City).

Simply select PICK UP as delivery method at check out.

Please note that pick up is available on week days only (except Holidays), between 11 AM and 5 pm. Unfortunately, there is no shopping possible at the studio.

Production / shipping time

All our ceramics are made-to-order, except those identified as Ready-to-ship.

Our turnaround is usually about 3 to 4 weeks for our WILDLIFE collection, and up to 12 weeks for THE ESSENTIALS collection.

We do have some pieces in stock : they are identified as Ready-to-ship. Theses pieces ship within 7 business days.
